There are no refunds for you not showing up, missing your Tour (Time Slot), All sales are final! Unless we cancel the Tour then and only then would you be given a refund. If you cannot make your tour time slot. You can rebook and pick another date and time you can only do this 2 times. You will need to email us in writing of your request for a new tour date and time.
